Our Story

The firm was established in July 2019 by senior practitioners from enterprise technology and consulting backgrounds. The founding policy set two terms: every engagement is led by a named senior associate, and the firm takes a limited number of engagements at a time.

Early engagements were technology roadmaps, operating-model reviews and architecture assurance for Victorian enterprises. Cloud architecture and migration work followed from 2020 as clients moved from strategy to execution. The enterprise systems and integration practice developed alongside that work as clients consolidated ERP platforms and integration estates.

The security practice formed as Essential Eight expectations extended across government, health and financial services procurement. The cross-border practice was established after repeated engagements repairing Asia-Pacific organisations' Australian market entries; it now delivers pre-landing reviews before entrants commit to an architecture.

The firm has operated from one office in Southbank since founding and has not opened a second. Staffing is senior-only; there is no graduate intake.
