About Nexus Associates
Nexus Associates Australia operates as an independent technology advisory. The team consists of senior technology associates with decades of enterprise and cross-border delivery experience across Australia. The firm is not tied to a single technology vendor.
Every engagement is led by senior practitioners, with a focus on practical, sustainable outcomes. The firm accepts a limited number of engagements at a time and discloses current availability on request.
Services
Each engagement is led by a named senior associate from scoping to sign-off.
How We Work
Every engagement starts with a written frame: the decision, the constraints and the measure of success. Fees are fixed against the frame before work begins.
The senior associate who scopes the engagement leads it to sign-off. Substitutions require client approval.
The firm holds no reseller margins, accreditations or products. Recommendation and implementation are billed separately and disclosed.
Deliverables include decision records, architecture documentation and working papers. Clients retain full use of the material.
Selected Work
